Come see our 16 alpacas and Annalee, the herd’s guardian llama. Learn more about why
people with little or no previous livestock experience, as well as longtime farmers,
are getting into the alpaca business. Whether you are considering becoming an alpaca
breeder or a fiber farmer, or just want to get a little closer to one of these spectacular
and gentle animals, you are welcome to join us. Bring your camera! Bring a picnic lunch (or stop at Basil Provisions next door to pick up a sandwich – Sat only)! Enjoy a walk out to the Cumberland Town Forest which adjoins our back pasture! Our Farm Store will also be open for a little pre-holiday shopping: Alpaca socks, hats, scarves, sweaters, bags & totes. We also have luscious yarns and basic patterns for knitters. DIRECTIONS to 135 Main Street, Cumberland: I-295 North or South to Exit 10, take a right onto Bucknam Rd. At the 2nd light, take a right onto Rt. 9 (Middle Rd.), and stay left on Rt. 9 at the fork. In Cumberland, you will slow down at the RR tracks. Our dirt driveway is on the right – look for our sign and the "OPEN" flag. 829-4159 |
