Come meet our award winning herd of 16 colored Huacaya alpacas, including our 8x gray
color champion, GreyBeard. Tour our beautiful 26 acre farm. Bring along a picnic lunch and enjoy it down by the pond, with our Muscovy ducks. Just 25 minutes from both Portland and Freeport. Will be happy to share our passion and knowledge re alpaca ownership, fencing, equipment, pasture and barn layouts. On site farm store featuring yarns, roving and alpaca apparel. Directions: From Rte. 95 and 202/4 –Exit 75, left at light, right on Hackett Rd, left on Old Danville Rd, left on Pownal Rd, 2nd right on South Witham Rd. End at #272. From 136 – Take Penley Corner Rd (past Fox Ridge Golf Club), and then 1st right on South Witham Rd. Enjoy a cup of warm apple cider and snacks. |
